  • HL7® FHIR® Bulk Data Access (Flat FHIR®) v2.0.0, STU 2 (2022 SVAP)

Continued support of prior versions: Upon the July 1, 2026 effective date, the Med A-Z Health IT Module will be updated to the SVAP versions listed above for all customers. The prior versions of HL7® FHIR® SMART App Launch Framework (§ 170.215(c)(1)) and HL7® FHIR® Bulk Data Access (§ 170.215(d)(1)) currently certified in the Med A-Z Health IT Module will not be maintained beyond July 1, 2026, and MedAZ.Net, LLC does not intend to continue to support the existing certificate(s) for those prior standard versions within the Med A-Z module after that date. SVAP adoption is voluntary under 45 CFR § 170.405; there is no regulatory adoption deadline for the SVAP versions listed.

SVAP Advance Notice — 2027 Cycle: No Adoption Planned

MedAZ.Net, LLC does not plan to adopt any newer SVAP-approved standard version for the Med A-Z Health IT Module under the 2027 SVAP cycle. The Module will continue to be maintained against the standard versions currently in regulation and any SVAP versions previously adopted.
